· Subs: Please can you ensure your subs are paid up to date. It is £10 per month (from September - February) total £60.00 per year
· Bryncoch calendars: there is still some outstanding debts for the calendars/pens and magnets you ordered please can you pay a.s.a.p.
· New players: Welcome to 4 new players Jack, Cameron, Charlie and James unfortunately we have lost 2 players this season Jack and Rhodri but we thank them for their support over the last 2 years. A very big thankyou to the new players for their kind words on how impressed they are at the professional way the team is run – nice to know all those hours on the computer, on the phone, on weekend courses and in meetings are appreciated!!
· Contact details: Please will you contact us if any details – mobile number/e-mail address has changed since last season.
· Training on November the 5th is cancelled, as there is a firework display up the club – all welcome!
· Proud of you boys: After last weeks grueling games it was lovely to see such compliments on Brigend Sports website. They complimented Bryncoch under 10’s on the welcome they received from everyone, the way we played, the boys sportsmanship, and the refereeing. Also well done boys on an excellent start to the season and well done to the new players on their debut games. You have played 7 games winning 6 of them – keep up the fantastic teamwork.
· Code of Contact: With the WRU getting stricter over players and parents conduct, it is imperative you read this information carefully and sign it. Return it to your coaches’ a.s.a.p.
· Christmas Party -It is on Friday December 6th in the rugby club. There will be games / disco/ raffle/ gifts. All are welcome! We are trying a different approach to the food this year. If everyone could bring a plate or two of food towards the buffet it would be great - so please see Karen to put your name on the list of what to bring – Thanks!
· Ospreys match: We have had an offer to book tickets for the osprey match on December 27th (Ospreys V Scarlets) The tickets will all be half price. However we need to know number of adult / child tickets you want by Wednesday October 29th .Adults are £10 and children £2 – players will be free. Any tickets requested after then will be at full price.
· Tour: Details to follow!! – not enough hours in the day to sort everything out – any help would be appreciated.
· Catering: We are catering on the following dates and would appreciate any help people can offer. Could you also possibly donate a raffle prize on the date below – Thank you

· Website: I would like to give one last thanks to Steve Ireland on the superb website and the up keep of it. I know he spends hours and hours of his time per week to do this for the boys and I would just like to say how appreciative we are of it. No other teams website comes close Steve!!
